Downstairs Hall

Hall

When is a room not a room? When it’s a hall of course! Just like any other room, a hall space should be addressed to maximize function and include design elements cohesive with the rest of the home. In this case, the basement hall is spacious enough to function as more than just a transitional space connecting other rooms.

Before

With all the hallmarks – pun intended – of a 1960s new-build, the downstairs hall, like the entire finished basement, has original dark-wood wall-panelling, linoleum floors and square, textured ceiling tiles. We’ll start from scratch and tie it all together with luxe finishes and custom storage solutions to better service the new semi-self-contained guest suite.
