Before - Good Bones
Dated and relatively untouched since the mid 1960s, this single-family detached bungalow of double-brick construction was typical of the period, built to last and well-maintained.
Interior Rough-in
Discover the rough-in stage of construction when essential Mechanical, HVAC, Gas, Electrical and Plumbing are installed after framing is complete and before the installation of drywall.
Interior Demolition
This project required a thorough interior stripping rather than a total tear down. Bel-Co Recycling knew just what to do to safely and effectively clear the way.
Exterior – Before
The tired-looking builder’s-box bungalow on a 40x150 ft. lot is uninspired but full of potential. The house calls for an update — a high-end look that is contemporary but not too modern.
